It must be spring! The rye grass and clover are coming up in spite of a vicious short lived hailstone yesterday which lasted for about 5 minutes and washed all the seeds off the bank. So good not to be living in a sea of mud.
The llamas come up most mornings for carrots and we have to remember to keep the gates shut or they will eat everything we are planting.

More planting and planning to be done today. It feels like a huge responsibility to decide where everything needs to go and get some serious planting done while the conditions are perfect. Even the heavy clay is warm and there are lots of worms working away.
The seedlings are all starting to come up in their trays but the paper labels have nearly all blown away so there will be some guess work. It can be extremely windy!
