The mild weather is bringing stunning sunsets and it’s been warm enough to sit outside until dusk

The plant stall was back at the growers market this week and we got some great plants.

I’m particularly pleased to have found a strong looking white double tree dahlia. I have tried unsuccessfully to grow them from tubers. We have planted it under the bedroom window.

We have been collecting interesting driftwood from our beach walks. The latest one is the new support for the double white clematis.

Eventually I will get rid of the vegetables in the this bed. It was the only place to put them when we started the garden.

A delicious blueberry cake with fabulous decoration was a delicious treat for lunch yesterday. Thank you Nina!
