Bug night out

Nov 30, 2021

It’s bug heaven here. We are constantly have to put creatures outside. The latest was an enormous huhu grub that moved so slowly it was dinosaur like. This morning was stick insect convention time.

And we discovered a cute little green spider with an enormous cache of eggs just waiting to hatch.

Outside plants are thriving in spite of all the insects. The canna gets better every day.

I feel so grateful to live in such a beautiful place. It truly is paradise.

I will probably take a little break from blogging until the end of the month. We are catching up with family after a long time.

I may post some Christmas recipes.
