Autumn bounty

May 10, 2022

The produce market can be a bit hit or miss and I’ve given up going with any kind of plan. I was so excited to find local pineapples. I am going to trying growing the tops. They do take a long time to develop but sooooo delicious.

I also bought fat too many avocados. I am hoping to create a delicious desert with fresh lime juice from a friends garden, crystallised buddha’s hand and lots of cream.

The evenings have been so warm and still it is perfect for sitting outside and planning the garden.
