After the rainbow

Apr 6, 2022

There has been enough rain to dampen the seedlings and there have been a series of stunning rainbows. I just have to try to protect the new beds from voracious chewing bugs which I haven’t been able to identify yet. Some seem to be doing well. Maybe they aren’t so tasty.

The hens definitely have particular tastes. They don’t like cucumber at all and some of they prefer fruit to bread. The rooster always dives in for cake or fruit bread and hastily makes off with it.

And llamas love carrots.
