Plentiful

Feb 22, 2022

We can’t grow avocados as they hate heavy soul and clay and would die within a few years. We have found a great orchard nearby in Glenbrevie. Fortunately they are very cheap and in perfect condition in spite of falling off during the storms. I was able to make one of our favourite deserts last night, avocado/chocolate mousse. Put a bar of melted chocolate, 2 ripe avos, 1/2 cup of cream or coconut cream and a table spoon of honey and in the blender and blend until smooth. Serve with whipped cream or berries.

The llamas are enjoying their morning rest on the deck before wandering off to graze elsewhere.

The grass looks especially lush after a little welcome rainfall in the night.

Everything is growing mightily at present.
