Not like summer

Nov 3, 2021

After a beautiful day and stunningly mild evening this morning was cold and wet. Huge puddles on the way to pilates. The beach was chilly and glum, even the dogs were pleased to get back in the car.

The cows next door continue to produce a calf a day.

Peep-oh

The manuka is flowering. I had to climb on the water tank to take a photo.

Last piece of the llama proof fence

At least the wet weather means we can continue planting. Apparently last year it was too dry and everyone is preparing for a summer drought.
