Splitting firewood, spreading mulch from same tree and baking a huge cake and muffins has occupied most of the day.
The cake was far too big when there are no visitors. I reckon I could easily feed 16!
And the muffins were pretty good too. My grater was in the dishwasher so I chopped up the courgettes and cheese and I think that made a better texture. Topped with half a tomato slice and some pesto they were very tasty.
