The llamas are now fenced out of the potential garden. We were going to start planting this morning but as we had 37mm of rain in the night it is very boggy and still raining. The tanks are now overflowing, enough for over 100 days! We are so enjoying beautiful drinking water.

Yesterday we saw a hawk with a broken wing on the drive so raced back to the house to get the gun, when we returned it was eating some prey beside the fence and eyed us balefully so we left it be and later it was gone. Clever bird, what a convincing actor!
