As it’s midwinter I pulled out all the Christmas decorations I could find to make the house look festive.
I then took the dogs for a run and ball throw on the wet and windy beach. We didn’t last long but I found some flame flowers for my table decoration and on the way back we stopped to pick manuka in flower and swan plant pods.
Tonight we will have a midwinter feast.
